Founded in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in 1989 by Al Banna Group - comprising over 22 companies dealing in various fields of business such as management consultancy export-import, commercial printing, and similar progressive and diverse business activities with a turnover in excess of US$150 million/year.

The Group's Chairman, Dr. Abdul Kader Al Banna, holds a Masters Degree in Business from the United Kingdom.

Mr Fouad Hammad, a Communications graduate, from La Sorbonne University, Paris manages International Advertising - Media Services (IAMS). Fouad has more than 20 years' experience in press publishing, advertising and PR. During his career he has published several related studies and organised conferences in advertising and marketing. Additionally, he has worked in conjunction with UNESCO to establish a Pan-Arab feature press agency and was a member of the "UNESCO's Experts' Committee and attended several Pan-Arab Conferences in this capacity. Fouad served as a Board Director and Vice President of the International Advertising Association UAE Chapter, from 1984 to 1990. During his tenure at the IAA, he was instrumental in conducting special surveys and contributed in drafting the code of ethics and advertising regulations in the UAE. He was also a founding member of the Gulf Co-operative Council Marketing Association. Fouad also served as a member of the committee to commission media research studies (JICME) in the Middle East. Fouad's knowledge, insight and hands-on experience in media research and analyses is indeed a key asset in providing accurate media solutions to all IAMS clients.
